Most Exciting M's Game in Four Years

Watched last night's win at the Village Pub in Magnolia, where a menagerie of hi-def TV's line the walls, they've got tons of beer on tap, and the food is reliably inoffensive.

In the eighth, I was doing my best Leo Mazzone impression as notoriously wild Brandon Morrow fired 19 straight fastballs at the Angels.

Didn't you miss pennant race baseball? Are you ready to be in physical pain every night for the next two months (and, fingers crossed, maybe more)? I am, God help me.

On the other hand, last night's last out was sheer joy. Here's my longtime friend Published Novelist Pauls Toutonghi, with whom I've watched Mariner baseball for 25 years, celebrating.

What are the best Seattle bars for watching M's games? Does it vary by the night or home/away status? [Note: I was considering the Village Pub last night but instead went to the waterfront, where I ran into some guys I used to work with.]
