UCLA's receivers coach has the heart of a burglar. Also the hands of a burglar. And the...ok, let's face it, the guy's a burglar. (Allegedly).
Cops caught Scott and two other men in the middle of burgling after getting a 911 call. They were trying to steal from a house in Norwalk, which is about halfway down the 5 toward Anaheim. Scott is out on $50,000 bail.
Scott, a former UCLA player, was hired in March. Coach Karl Dorrell said then of him, "Eric is an up and coming talent in this profession." We assume he meant coaching, not...oh, you are way ahead of me, I'm sure.
