Sonics got destroyed. My thoughts.

The Blazers lost their fourth in a row--they are now 4-7, with all 7 losses on the road. Nate McMillan screamed at them for 20 minutes after the game.

Boise State football is truly awesome.

The Seattle Times has this cool photo of the first Apple Cup, in 1900. Bob Condotta imagines what the game must have been like. The game ended in a 5-5 tie because Louis Rankin juked too much.

SPU fired legendary college soccer coach Cliff McGrath.
