I'm watching Royals/Tigers at the Pyramid, and according to the Fox Sports Detroit radar gun, Brett Tomko--pitching in relief for the Royals--threw fastballs of 96, 94, and 95 mph in striking out Miguel Cabrera on four pitches.
Can Brett Tomko really throw 96? He just did throw a fastball right by Cabrera for strike three.
