Column in This Morning's P-I

After a bit of a hiatus while I try to get this magazine going, I've got a column in the P-I today. It's about Garrison Carr, the Issaquah High grad who led American University into the tourney. He'll need a miracle if American's going to upset Tennessee. The reason why I thought it was an interesting topic was because I was at a game where Carr and Issaquah knocked Seattle Prep--with Martell Webster AND Spencer Hawes--out of the district tournament. It was crazy. I figured, if anyone can upset a #2-seed, it's him.

Talked to his Issaquah coach, Jeff Patrick, who couldn't say enough nice things about him.

Here's the piece.
