Major League Baseball did a horrible job of promoting this Red Sox/A's series--they couldn't have thrown an ad up about it on CBS all weekend while I was watching basketball? Honestly, I had no idea that these games counted.
Anyway, the Red Sox beat the A's in extras, meaning that we, you, I, the Mariners, are in first place in the AL West with a 1/2 game lead on Oakland!
