Did These PSU Players Break Some Dude's Jaw?

A friend of the victim of a brutal attack in Cabo San Lucas--allegedly by two PSU basketball players--provided these photos to The Oregonian. The friend says that when he took these photos to the victim, he identified these two--center Scott Morrison and guard Jeremiah Dominguez--as his attackers.



Victim Kyle Meagher says: "I am positive. One of my co-workers brought in the picture. How I initially described him was, 'There was a tall guy and a short guy.' She brought in the picture and I go, 'Oh, that's the guy right there.' I don't know how it worked out so perfectly, but there's not too many kids that are 6-foot-11 in Cabo."

But Scott Morrison, the tall guy, denies any involvement: "There are no charges. No nothing. It was total misunderstanding. We were set free. The Mexican DA (district attorney) even apologized and told us to stay in Mexico for a couple of days before flying home."
