Blazers 112, Lakers 103 [ESPN]: When opportunity knocks, Channing Frye doesn't wait to put on a robe. With Joel Pryzbilla out for the year, Frye made the most of a rare start, scoring 22 points and grabbing 11 boards in a decisive Portland victory. Roy had 23 points and 12 assists.

M's 3-5, 1.5 GB of LA. Today vs. Tampa Bay.

Huskies 3, U Portland 0 [UW]: Husky baseball is having a magical season. Yesterday, they beat Portland on a pinch-hit, three-run homer in the bottom of the ninth. The Dawgs now have a team ERA under three, which is rare in college baseball.
UW 3-3 in Pac-10, 21-9 overall. Next game Thursday vs. BYU.

Liverpool 4, Arsenal 2 [ESPN] (Liverpool wins Champions League quarterfinal on aggregate): Arsenal appeared to have the home-and-home won after scoring a goal in the 84th minute, but committed a takedown in the penalty box just a minute later. Liverpool played add on and advances to play Chelsea--which needed and got a two-goal win to advance past Turkish champs Fenerbahce--in the semis.
Champions League semis (first leg) April 22 and 23.

Tennessee 64, Stanford 48 [ESPN]: The Lady Vols thumped Stanford to win their second consecutive NCAA title. Tennessee's Candace Parker battled through a shoulder injury to score 17 points, and the Lady Vols held Stanford's Candace Wiggins, who'd had two 40-point games in the tournament, to just 14 points.

Dallas 99, Sonics 83 [ESPN]: The loss was the Sonics' 60th of the year, a franchise record for suckiness. What else can you say?
Sonics 18-60. Next loss game today @ Houston.

Tri-Cities 3, T-Birds 2 [Seattle Times]: The Americans now lead the Western Conference semis 2-1. The T-Birds best player, Thomas Hickey, missed yet another game with a concussion suffered in game 1.
