Dave at USS Mariner says the M's are calling up Greg Norton from Tacoma. Norton, who has more than 2000 MLB at-bats, was schooling PCL pitching to the tune of a .400 average.
Norton's not on the 40-man roster, so the M's will have to waive somebody--presumably Cairo or Jimerson, neither of whom have played much.
