"The first home game the Trailblazers have against the new OKC team, we need everyone to show up to the game in green and gold. Not to root for the Sonics but to show solidarity with our North West brothers."
What about you? Will you root against the OKC team? Against the players who would've preferred to stay?
Or ignore them? Or what?

Brilliant idea. Blazers fans have been real classy through this ordeal. Almost enough for me to root for them, but its to soon to root for a rival.
I have had the unfortunate experience to be in Oklahoma City on two occasions. Not too exciting. I went to see the Murrah site and the Capitol (classy with the oil derrick in front) and had lunch in an area called Bricktown. I'm sure I bought gas somewhere in the state as well. I really hope I didn't buy a newspaper. That's too much money I've spent on the Oklahoma economy.
Since the NBA is dead to me, I shouldn't really care what they do in Oklahoma City with my team. But I do care, and I hope the team fails miseribly. But that's not really fair to the players who had no control over the move or which team they were on (how many free agents had Presti signed?). The determining factor will be whether these guys re-up with the Oklahoma franchise. If so, then I hope they are complete failures in the league.
I'm torn on whether Seattle should go after another franchise. But if the city does get another team, it would be wonderful if Durant left Oklahoma to sign with the Seattle club. Actually, it would be almost as nice if he and Green left to go anywhere once they became free agents.
I literally was just thinking about this. How dope would it be to get some "Let's Go Sonics!" chants going. National media would pick that up for sure and it would show the players how much we miss them.
