He'd be a fantastic addition for the new Sounders, and would immediately draw a ton of interest. Henry is still one of the biggest names in soccer, and he's anything but washed up: the main reason his playing time has been limited with Barcelona is just because they have ridiculous depth up front with him, Ronaldinho, Messi and Eto'o. He came on partway through today's Champions League match and looked dangerous as ever.
